Kini ang usa sa mga tumong sa tulo ka adlaw nga Mindanao Convention sa Philippine Association of Agriculturist (PAA), nga gipahinabo sa DavNor Gym, Davao del Norte Sport and Tourism Complex, Mankilam, Tagum City, Abril 24-26, 2024.
Ang gatosan ka mga delegasyon naggikan sa Zamboanga, Caraga, Soccsargen, Davao Eagle Chapter, ARMM, Agusan, Region 13 ug uban pang dapit. Katuyoan niini aron makab-ot ang mauswagong bunga taliwala sa mga kabag-ohang programa ug gawi sa nasangpit nga sektor.
Nakatutok ang diskusyon sa seguridad sa pagkaon, pamaagi sa pag-ugmad gamit ang digital technology sama sa artificial intelligence sa pagpanguma, robotics alang sa agrikultura, ug paglahutay sa yuta ug tubig aron mas mapauswag ang produksyon taliwala sa climate change, land reform, ug urbanization.
Ang mga resource speakers naggikan sa University of Southeastern Philippines sa Tagum City ug Davao, PAA National President Dr. Karen Bautista, Dr. Adeflor Garcia sa PLGU Agusan del Sur, Dr. Gilbert Importante, ang SMARRDEC Director sa USEP Davao City.
